Set across five levels in one of Melbourne’s most prestigious inner-city suburbs, this sophisticated new build—designed in collaboration with Herbert & Howes—celebrates craftsmanship, materiality and refined detailing.

Working closely with some of Melbourne’s finest artisans and suppliers, the interiors are layered with rich, textural finishes: polished plaster walls, custom-stained American Oak joinery, grass cloth wallcoverings, and metal accents in warm, luxurious tones.

At the heart of the home, the kitchen features a striking Titanium Granite island bench with concealed wine storage, seamlessly integrating function with elegance.

Furniture pieces from Zuster, Living Edge, and Jardan enhance the home’s elegant material palette, while lighting from Articolo, Ross Gardam and In Good Company adds warmth and atmosphere throughout.
